Kai,

I've granted you Release Technician and News Editor privileges, so you 
may upload to the project file release system.  Please create a new 
release in the `Snapshot' package, (call it w64-headers), and place 
your tarball into it, (I suggest you call the tarball something like 
`mingw-w64-headers-YYYYMMDD-1.tar.bz2', where YYYYMMDD represents the 
date on which you perform the upload; name it appropriately on your 
local machine, *before* you upload it).

Use the `News' facility, to publish a press release, when you have done.

SourceForge provide standard documentation on using the FRS; mail me 
privately, if you need additional assistance with it.
