It might be interesting to note that on my win98, no such behaviour is exhibited. Rather, when opendir("a:/") is called on an empty floppydrive, the pointer to a valid DIR is returned. When this pointer is passed to i.e. readdir(), NULL is returned and errno is set to EINVAL (Invalid argument) Jon Svendsen |
