Hi Paul, In the distutils section of the python documentation http://www.python.org/doc/current/inst/tweak-flags.html#SECTION0003120000000 00000000 you'll find a link to this page http://www.zope.org/Members/als/tips/win32_mingw_modules where everything is explained to convert the MSVC python2.1 import library into a mingw32 one. If you have any problem, please contact me directly by email and I'll send you the import library I generated. Hope it helps Cedric ----- Original Message ----- From: "Paul Moore" <gu...@mo...> To: "Mingw Users" <min...@li...> Sent: Saturday, July 14, 2001 7:09 PM Subject: [Mingw-users] How to get an import lib from a DLL I have a DLL (python21.dll) and a MSVC-compatible import library (python21.lib) but no mingw-compatible import library. What do I need to do to get an import library from the DLL? I've looked in the documentation, and on the web, but I've not been able to find the details... Any help would be gratefully received.
