No

It's when MSYS is not in focus, and you click on the
scroll bar to give it the focus.
If you click above the current position, when the
windows gets to front it update it's new position, but
don't update the scroll bar graphics.
It's still looks like you are in the buttom of the page.
When you click on the scroll bar again, it bacomes ok.

    Sorry for not mentioning.
I'ts the exe installer under "current".
    1.0.1

    Did you understand the description?
    It's minor but confusing.

In case I wasn't clear enough I add more explenation:
It is possible to do sort of page up\down in clicking on the
scroll bar above/beneath the current position.
If you do it when the window in not in focus, the following
    happens:
    1. The MSYS window gets focus.
    2. The text scrolls as expected.

The thing that doesn't happen, but supposed to, is:
The scroll bar has to show the current location.

It does not. It shows the previous location.
That is "scroll bar doesn't update".

Yes I understood you. By 1.0.1 I assume you mean 1.0.10.

Please install MSYS-1.0.11-2004.04.30-1.exe and then replace
you msys-1.0.dll with the one found in
    msys-1.0.dll-SNAP-1.0.11-2006.04.23.tar.bz2. If you still
experience the problem I will look into it sometime in the
    future.

Yes, you are right. I was confused by "msysDTK-1.0.1.exe".

I did as you asked and the problem is still there.
    --------------------------------------------------

May I ask something about the files you asked me to install?
    1. Is it a newer version than the one on the download page
    of MinGW.org?
    2. What version should a normal user use?
    3. Have two years passed since the last update of MSYS?

The files I asked you to install are snapshots of the next
version and yes, it has been more than two years. I am
trying to pull together time to create a release candidate.
