#534 missing usp10.h

Hi,

The abiword project is starting to use Uniscribe to do
string breaking, glyph shaping, and whatnot. Uniscribe
ships with IE >= 5.0 and Win32 >= Win2k.

To do this and keep our mingw build system viable, we
need a copy of usp10.h included in mingw's win32api.

According to our win32 developer, "the file is really
simple; it defines about dozen functions, half a dozen
structs and some constants"

If you could include this in a future mingw release,
we'd really appreciate it.

Seems to have been fixed in current CVS sources. Please
reopen iof that's not the case.
