When shutting down Windows (98SE and NT4) with
running Msys (with rxvt), Windows will hang up.
O.k., I could end Msys manually, but that's a bit
unhandy and unsafe.

I believe this was resolved a long time ago. Anyway, we no longer recommend using rxvt and no one has a 98se or NT4 to test with.
