I read in _mingw.h

__MINGW32_VERSION Runtime version.

The current runtime is 2.0 but the value is still
set to 1.3.

Is that a bug in the documentation or the
value setting ?

    The HEAD version is 1.3, the mingwex branch version is 2.0. Is the snapshot release incorrect?

    Ok I did not notice that HEAD was still 1.3. The snapshot
    is indeed at 2.0 (I thought that 2.0 announce was for the
    final release). Sorry for the report, it should be
    closed.

    BTW, I see no branch in the public tree, is that expected?
