#433 mingw-w64-install fails behind firewall

installer downloaded Nov-07-2014 is unable to download repository.txt from behind a firewall.

"Getting repository description file", then "Cannot download repository.txt [0]". See attachment screen shot.

md5: c33aec60739c44f208f171a74235b742 HTTP_PROXY set in environment, windows properly configured with proxy in system settings. 64 bit windows 7.

I a having the same issue.

I also have same issue.

I tried install into difference PCs.
One is connected to a LAN behind PROXY.
One is connected to another LAN which doesn’t have PROXY.

I can install into PC on LAN without PROXY.

But I can’t install as PC is behind PROXY.

Do I need some setting for environment valuable?

Same issue here, however in-between it only says "Cannot download repository.txt" .

Can anybody point me to the source of the installer so I can debug this?
