Special characters displays incorrectly after import

Tested on Windows 7 Ultimate x64, MindRaider 8.0

1. Launch MindRaider
2. Navigate to Outline > Import > Atom...
3. Chose a notebook to import (containing special characters, e.g "ÄÖÅ")
4. Import the notebook

Result: Characters like "ÄÖÅ" gets written incorrectly. Räksmörgås converts to "rã¤ksmã¶rgã¥s".

Expected: That the text written doesn't change after an import.
