Help File: a) "Too Much Stuff" advisory - need to
change to correctly identify how to get "more Relevant"
items in the list (Start with Keywords and Add words to
your search to bring relevant items to the top); or
just "Less Items" by reducing to simple keywords.
b) What's an Answer: Examples should include:
How-To's and Checklists, Reminders (ie; Bookmarks),
Who to Call when..., Answers to common questions,
Links to reference information, Problem Resolutions and
Detection processes, etc.
c) Expand the next two sections (Summary and Detail)
accordingly.
d) Update Answer (Manage) - fix spelling ('than' ->
'then'). Don't need to preview, but suggest they check
it out first.
e) Highlight steps in separate paragraphs or bulleted.
