Dear MikTeX users, how can I protect a hyphen when using it in a \newcommand line? For example: \newcommand{\gdpm} {GDP"~Man\xspace} When using the command \gdpm in the text, I get something like GDP" Man in my printout. However, when using GDP"~Man in the text, the hyphen is displayed in a correct manner and is also protected against hyphenation. Any idea how to modify the \newcommand line to avoid this? Thank you in advance! Regards, Christoph |
