Hello Carlos, Press the icon "This computer" with right mouse button, select "properties". A new window appears. Select "Advanced" and click button "Environment variables". Edit the environment variable "path", either for you alone (user variables) or for everyone (system variables). Add ";c:\texmf\miktex\bin" at the right of the variable "path". I hope this will do the job.
