\pdfpageheight and \pdfpagewidth are pdftex-specific. Changing it to
\expandafter\ifx\csname pdfoutput\endcsname\relax\else
\ifnum\pdfoutput=1
\pdfpagewidth=...
\pdfpageheight=...
\fi
\fi
will work in all TeXs
