[MiKTeX] Is the 2.7 distribution accessible?

Hello,

I am trying to install MiKTeX 2.7 and I am getting a "connection error"=

from the setup. exe program.  I am wondering if the error comes from th=
e
problems experienced lately with the server(s) hosting the distribution=
 or
from my company's firewall?
