[MiKTeX] Package repositories delay???

Hello everyone...
   
  Some questions... any answer is appreciated....
   
  Why the mirrors list of the Miktex package repositories shows a delay of 14 days (today 1/20/2008)??
  Does that mean that the last version uploaded and mirrored by those servers is the one dated Jan 04 2008???
  Should the package repositories have available version 2939, dated 1/18/2008???
