[MiKTeX] miktex/vista: does not find .bb file

I just installed MikTex and TexNicCenter under Vista. =
\includegraphics{picture.jpg} does not find the picture.bb file. Does =
anyone have an idea why this happens (it must be a vista problem)? Is =
there a solution for it?
