[MiKTeX] repo error

OK - so I can suggest the problem isn't with anything corrupted on my 
machine, because I now have the same problem on all (5) of the machines 
on which I use MikTeX. And now, even the update utility doesn't work (in 
fact, it doesn't show any repos at all).

So, something at the repo/repo listing end is temporarily broken, it 
would seem.
