[MiKTeX] command line options "missing" from setupwiz

In the graphical set up, one has the ability to set a couple of options 
that you can't pass in from the command line (and also setupwiz.opt).

Setting the paper size and the behavior of the automatic package 
installation seem to be left out of the command line options.

As we are getting ready to update over 100 machines, it would be nice to 
have these set by default.

Maybe I'm missing something in the docs

If there is a better way to go about doing setting the paper/missing 
package options set by default, it would be appreciated.
