[MiKTeX] MiKTeX update script

Hi,

yesterday i wrote the attached script (cygwin/Windows) that update the
local repository and then automatically update the MiKTeX installation
and install new packages.
Maybe it's of interest and useful for somebody. I would be interested in
test reports.
