As far as I know you have to use slashes instead of backslashes within
your LaTeX file paths even if you are working under Windows. And I guess
it might be quite similar with PerlTeX.
I did not use absolut paths so far, so I cannot tell how to include them
correctly. With relative paths, starting from the root document's dir,
everything works fine for me.
