I would try to delete the new \Anwendungdaten\MikTeX\2.6, rename the old to \2.6, renew the filename database and call updmap. Or copy only the fonts folder and updmap.cfg to the new location and renew the filename database and call updmap. Make backups for the case that something goes wrong. And inspect the new "localtexmf" first if there is something new or unusual.
