Hello Isaac (and others), My experience is that it doesn't always work with PSTricks. I haven't looked into EPS, but as I remember that went well. A couple of years ago I tried it with pst-lens and it did fail. Also arrows from the standard PSTricks package did not translate. So I'm a bit carefull. (In addition) In printing, I've checked the "general" standpoint of view, the safest route is considered using postscript. Most graphics translates to EPS or PS, and TeX is vector oriented, so is postscript. The best results are generated with that. My experience though is that if you create documents this way, it is slow. For some people that is not an issue. Personally I like postscript, but I have had a document, when you compiled it and translated into PDF, it took 10 minutes of a quarter of an hour. That's a little bit too much if you need to do it 3 or 4 times a day. Which is a practical issue. (In addition) HTH, Wilfred |
