[MiKTeX] Bibitem to BibTeX

Hi !

I was wondering if there is a utility out there that converts Bibitems to a 
full BibteX file. I have a rather larger file with many references, and I am 
hoping that i can do it without using one of my most precious tools - my 
fingers!
