[MiKTeX] Making page-at-a-time (byte-serving) pdf from (pdf)-latex ?

With Adobe Acrobat you can use Web-optimized to generate much faster loadin=
g
pages
via the Internet. In this mode only one pdf-page is tranfered. Is there a
way to make
this kind of pdf with pdflatex ? Or an other tool ?
