Well, i can tell you that in Argentina we use the coma as a decimal=20 separator, and the point to separate thousands. As far as I know, most=20 Latin American countries use that notation as well. Maybe Mexico, because=20 of its proximity to the US, is different, I don=B4t know. That said, it appears that certain disciplines use the English notation (or= =20 whatever it is called), even when writing in Spanish.
