Hi, I'm experiencing problems with the order of floats using a mix of {table} and {figure} floats. I want to format an appendix that only contains figures and tables. They should appear in the order I'm placing them, e.g. table, table, table, figure, table, table, table, ... This resembles the order I'll reference them in the main text. It looks like Latex keeps tables in their order but moves the figure behind the tables to keep them together. This means table, table, figure, table, figure, table in the code produces table, table, table, figure, figure, table in the final document. I've tried a number of optional arguments for placing floats and found some workarounds using the \afterpage command but couldn't figure out how this should work for my problem. Thanks a lot, Joerg |
