RE: [MiKTeX] using revtex4 with miktex

Well, the "revtex4" package only has revtex4.cls with that name.  If you
installed it using the MiKTeX Options Wizard or Package Manager it should be

  C:\TeX\texmf\tex\latex\revtex4\revtex4.cls

If it isn't there, find it and put it there (together with the other files)
and refresh the filename database (MiKTeX Options Wizard).  This last action
might be all that is needed anyway, especially if you installed it by hand.
