Hi Srinivas, As per your cURL request the payload being passed does not have any event. Another look at the screen and an issue is identifiable: You need to click the "+" icon (see attachment) at the right in the Events line to add the event so that the selected event gets submitted. Also please provide the cURL by right clicking on the same red color entry "hooks 500" in the network tab. You can retry and reproduce the same issue and send the exact time. Hi Srinivas, The network tab shows call to hooks in red color failed with 500 status. This indicates a server side error which could be found in Tomcat log hopefully. Hello
I am trying to create a webhook for the following (a) Transaction_savings/SavingsAccount/withdraw (b) Transaction_Savings/SavingsAccount/Withdrawal (c) Transaction_Savings/SavingsAccount/Deposit (d) Transaction_loan/Loan/Disburse.
I tried this in our local instance which is version 23.12 of MIFOS. I also tried on the trial version https://srinivasvadali.sandbox.mifos.io/index.html#/ and the publicly available demo version https://demo.mifos.io/#/addhook
In all cases when I go from Admin-->System-->Manage Hooks , I get the below with no information and the web hook is not added.[cid:image001.png@01DBB39C.B035D670]
The UGD Template field has a drop down and there are no available values. I suspect its this that is causing the issue.
Can you please advise how we can overcome this issue.
