[micro-manager-general] Creating a stack

Is there a way to get an ImageJ handle from BeanShell ?
I see that if I save a datastore and then open it from ImageJ as a
stack, most of what I need is there.

I wonder if I can programmatically access an ImajeJ stack window and add
live images...
