[micro-manager-general] HAMAMATSU ORCA-ER + MAC5000 initializing issue

Hi ,

I'm new to Micromanager software and have been facing two issues while
setting up HAMMATSU ORCA-ER camera(C4742-80-12AG) and MAC 5000 controller.
While going through the hardware configuration wizard I got these two errors
HammatsuHam
"Error in device "Hamamatsu-DCAM": native failed to load (6) module" 
I tried using excap through DCAM-API and it gives me an error
"fail:dcam_init()". 
I had got help from someone getting the same error and he suggested me
buying a new PCI card which worked for him(Thanks Ikeotunye). I'm wondering
if there is anything else which I can do before trying out a new PCI card.
 Ludl controller
"Error in device:serial command failed. Is the device connected to the
serial port?(14)"
I have a RS232 to usb adapter cable which I'm using and wondering if that's
the issue. For now i'm ordering a RS232 null modem cable and I hope it will
workwith that. I would be really glad if you all can help me in sorting out
these issues. Thank you
