Dear all, I do not have any problem snapping greyscale raw or jpeg images from my camera (Canon eos 350d) with the Gphoto adapter. Unfortunately, when selecting (in the device property browser) color image, and then snapping a new image, micromanager freezes. The interface just turns to grey and nothing else happens. In parallel, the original image is well saved in my /tmp directory (I've chosen to keep the original to get the color image when capturing greyscale image with micromanager but I prefer being able to capture and to load color image directly in the interface of micromanager). Keeping the original or not doesn't change anything to the problem. The same problem occurs when using the live capture tool. But only the interface freezes, the capture keeps going in the background. Do you have an idea? Thanks Note : using gphoto 2 alone in line command works like a charm and I'm able to capture color images but it's out of micromanager . I'm using linux Debian 8 (Jessie), 64 bit, |
