Hi Ann,

Since no one has responded, I did this via scripting and my own multi-well
plate library. I do not use the HCS plugin.

Basically, my bsh code will set focus set points in each well, and then the
script will return to that position, refocus and reimage.

1) Normal optical grade 96-well plates. We do not use glass bottom plates.
2) We used Definite Focus to set and return to focus positions in each
well. We do not use any software algorithm to determine focus.
