[micro-manager-general] Autofocus in Beanshell

Hi,

I'm having problems getting the Autofocus script to run properly in Beanshell - when I run it with the command af.fullFocus() initially it moves the z-stage and takes an image, but then gives a long sequence of errors which say:

"This operation can not be executed while the sequence acquisition is running"

The system is running an Andor DU897 with a Marzhauser Tango controlled z-focus.

I can't see anywhere that I can put in a delay to either the camera read or the z-axis movement to try and get around this problem - does anyone know if there is a Beanshell version of the Autofocus routine that I could load in and hack in order to try and get it working?
