Arnold,
    You may need to close JAI control tool before staring micromanager. I
get a similar error about native module if JAI is left open. Not sure if
this is the cause, though. With my very limited hardware knowledge, I
guess, in general, only one software is allowed to talk to a camera at the
same time. Good luck.
