Hi Liu, 

I tried your config file and dll file. Still I was stuck at the file loading. I received the same error “line 17, initialize() error..."as I showed in my previous email. I am pretty sure I am stuck in an earlier stage that what you described. What do you think could be the problem? I am using v1.4.20. shall I got back to an older version? It this because I am running a 64-bit system? Another thing that confuses me is what I need to do with the JAI? I simply installed it and opened my camera in JAI. Then I opened Micro-Manager while keeping JAI open as well. But the .cfg file loading error stopped me from doing anything. 

Any clue?
