[micro-manager-general] HamamatsuHam - Level Triggering - Missing first Frame

Hi,

I am using a Hamamatsu ImageEM camera with a Phoenix BaseBoard (D48CL PE1).
My problem is that when I use External Level triggering for the camera and
send 40 pulses of 100 ms each, I only get 39 frames. I can see that the
software is missing the first pulse or frame. However, if I use HCImage, I
do not have this problem and I can get all 40 frames. I have updated all
the drivers and software which didn't fix the problem. Has anyone else come
across this issue?

My configuration:
Camera: Hamamatsu ImageEM (C9100-13)
Board: Phoenix BaseBoard (D48CL PE1)
Driver: DCAM-API 6.67.100.4577
Software: Micromanager 1.4.18 with HamamatsuHam device driver.
