Hello Max, make sure that no other (old) Micro-Manager folder exists on your PC. In case you have moved your Micro-Manager folder to a different location check the path settings in Image.cfg in the Micro-Manager folder. Use the <Clear log file> button in Tools/Options ... in the MM menu. Use the demo configuration and modify it in the following steps: 1) Start MM and select the demo configuration. (Make sure that the cfg file located in your current MM folder is used!). 2) Delete the Camera Group by selecting the Camera group (Configuration Settings area in the upper right corner of the MM dialog) and pressing the <-> button. 3) Use the <Save> button in the upper right corner of the MM dialog and save the configuartion under a new name. (Make sure that the file is stored in your current MM folder.) 3) Start the Hardware Configuration Wizard 4) Use the 'Modify or explore existing configuration option' 5) In Step 2 of the wizard delete the Demo camera from the list of installed devices. (If you want to be sure 100% proceed all steps until the end without changes and save the configuration in this state. Restart the configuration wizard if you have done so.) 6) In Step 2 of the wizard add your camera to the configuration 7) Proceed all steps of the wizard until the end without changes and save the configuration. What messages do you get now?
