Hi, We have a brand new Andor Neo on a Nikon Ti Eclispe. Trying to get it working with MM because we don't want to pay to get NIS-Elements 4.x. I have installed the drivers (Andor SDK 3.5, Andor Solis 4.12) successfully. I can detect the device properties in MM (ie i can watch the chip temperature cool). The device test software works (in /Examples/...). However when I try and go "live" in MM I get the following error "Failed to initialize circular buffer - memory requirements not adequate" Our computer is a slightly aging HP AMD x64 5000+ with 2GB ram, running Windows 7 32-bit on a blazing Samsung SSD that somewhat makes up for the other computational bottlenecks. Does anybody have any ideas about our memory issues.
