#872 Cannot Replace Mech Left Leg until Reload

Cannot replace mech leg until reloading the campaign file. Below is the step on how to replicate the error.

New Campaign
Max Tech Limit to Unofficial
Add Kyudo KY2-D-01
Edit damage, left leg IS and armor 0, left leg upper, lower and foot damage
Hire mech tech
Purchase mech left leg
Advance day
Salvage left leg upper, lower and foot actuators
---> Repairing mech left leg is possible
Edit damage, damage left leg hip
---> Salvaging left leg hip actuator NOT possible
---> Repairing mech left leg NOT possible
Save campaign
Exit MHQ
Load campaign
---> Repairing mech left leg is now possible again after reloading the game

Common issue, I've seen this crop up before with various different parts without editing damage. Always in regards to missing/blown off limbs/torsos and listing parts needing to be salvaged, though none are there.

It looks like I might have an advanced for of this error though cropping up. A restart of Mek HQ didn't work, will investigate and post if system restart doesn't work.

This is the same bug as [#890] which is now fixed. It had to do with the edit damage dialog.
