Add controls for default permissions to pages (right now they are just default values for columns when created in MySQL) and improve navigation within the authentication management system.
Eh, didn't go as far as user classes, though there's little reason not to. The flow of the authentication system was corrected, so now it just passes you on to the right place if you have permissions.
