MC does not support MP3 scraping.
There are plenty of programs that do this, and better, than I could code MC to do.

Back to the TV Shows. I did a test run to figure on how to work with MC.
I loaded up a TV show that i had on a USB drive, and it went great, here a look at it Show, after loading it in the Kodi library, it shows up, but don't show the number of how man episodes i have.

So once you have added the series to MC, you then need to search it for new Episodes.
    These are two separate operations.
1st add the series and confirm it is correct.
    2nd, search for new episodes.

You can do the 2nd step either by clicking the search for new, which will search all series for new episodes.
Or, right click the series and select Search this Show for new Episodes, which means you can select just a single series to update episodes.

Then in Kodi, Update the library.

I have the main folder called TV Shows/ inside is the Sub-folders name after each TV series.
Inside of each sub-folder name after the TV series, should i create folders for each season of the show.

You can if you want. They are not mandatory.

    Never mine on the MP3..

Back to the TV episode, I was looking at this here https://sourceforge.net/p/mediacompanion/wiki/QuickStartAddingTVShows/
Do i rename the TV series right way and do i have to place the season in there on Season folders.

First, I have the main folder which is the source folder
TV SHOWS is the main source folder on the drive
then the sub-folder name after the TV show.
So inside of the sub-folder name after the TV series, do i then create season folders for the season of the TV series.

First you have a main root TV series folder, left section of TV Folders tab.
    ie: Z:\TV Shows
Inside your root TV Series folder you create your TV Series folder(s), in Explorer not MC.
    ie:
    Z:\TV Shows\Reacher
    Z:\TV Shows\Halo

Once done you can then add the series folder(s) to the right section of TV Folders tab. Either by right clicking the root TV series folder in the left section and selecting Add series folder from selected root Folder, or by clicking the button Add folders from Roots
A third method is from the TV Browser tab, where you can press key F7

Now, if you want MC to create the Series folder, then on the main TV Browser tab, press F2.
This will open a dialogue box that will allow you to search for the new series from TVDb or TMDb, and will create the Series folder and scrape the series, and if selected will automatically create season folder(s).

It is then your choice to have season folders. I prefer to have them to keep a clean structure.

Just place the episodes in the series folder, and in MC click Search for New

So, once that i create a folder on the computer and names it Example: <adventures of="" the="" gummi="" bears=""> I just start adding episodes to that folder which i have. They all named the way they show here, and i have all of them # so the list would be in right order</adventures>

If you checked the wiki pages, you will see that episodes have to be names with the season and episode numbers else MC or Kodi will not know what season they are for. Even if it is only Season 1
so naming as S01e01 and then episode title
Convention of season and episode can be
    Sxxexx where xx is numerical.
    eg
    s01e01
    s1e1
    or even
    1x1
    01x0
All this information is on the wiki pages.

this is my first time doing this, so now i can add videos to Kodi library.
I think i be better off adding episodes by season folders, looks like it works better

On my TV show. I created the folders this way like it says.
    \TV SHOW/name folder of tv series/ season folders/episodes.
So i did all of that and run MC. after thing looks good
I look it up in kodi and when i try to scan to library and acts like its going good until the keyboard pops up saying Enter the TV Sow name. I enter the name of the TV series and that didn't work.
I enter the name a name but when i hit ok, it seems to work, but the keyboard reappear wanna be to re enter
