#116 Small images should be stretched in double page mode

Small images don't get stretched in double page mode when set to Best Fit or Fit Height, resulting in side-by-side pages that don't match up in some comics. It would be nice if there were an option to have both images scale up/down to fit to height.

I am sorry for the late reply. Which version are you using? Does the current master branch fix this? There is a new option "Page auto-resizing" defaulting to "Fit to same size" which should do what you want.
