#113 GTK+ UI Design concept

I've mocked up a example of what I hoped MComix could look like if it was modernized with the GTK+ framwork with a few suggestions to make the app waste less visual realestate and more integrated with the overall user interface of GTK. Please consider these examples as a reference for future MComix development.
