When I open file from library and got to the end, I would expect the next comics in the library to open if I go right.

That is not what happens; the next/previous archive is decided (I guess) by the file listing, not by the library.

(This is relevant to both "Archive reading" and "Library".)

    Ah, since this is a bit of a problematic area in the codebase, could you try selecting all files you intend to view in the library (using SHIFT or CTRL plus click), and open them all at once (right-click on any selected item and choose Open) in the meantime? That should result in an order similar to the library order.
