Fixed a bug in ExperiencedPlansWriter.

Tagged before reintegration of contrib.
The ScenarioXML GUI is different, i.e. "open" button at the top and pull-down for "normal", "log-normal" next to the values for mu, sigma, ...

Tagged current version with relativ paths and a different ScenarioManager GUI, especially ScenarioXML.
In ScenarioXML the "open" button is at the top and the "reaction time distribution" elements are arranged side by side, i.e. the pull-down for "normal", "log-normal", "dirac-delta".

delays on each link for pre defined time bin.

solve memory leak

LexicographicForCompositionExtraPlanRemover did not remove the joint
plans from the JointPlans container. This was not a (visible) problem
when the joint plans were only kept in the cache of the individual
plans, but it is one now that we need to use the map even for plan with
a cache.

actually, Scenario is and IdFactory (not only ScenarioImpl): remove check and cast

change starting params

use the Id factory from scenario for more memory optimization
