Tagged current version with relativ paths and a different ScenarioManager GUI, especially ScenarioXML.
In ScenarioXML the "open" button is at the top and the "reaction time distribution" elements are arranged side by side, i.e. the pull-down for "normal", "log-normal", "dirac-delta".
