fixed some problems with departure time lookups around midnight

add support for outputformat "txt" that only writes out the text files, but not the kml files.

change parameter orders so the error messages make more sense (expected/actual were swapped)

more code cleanup

steady but slow progress in making CadytsPt generally useable.

temporary overwrite test results so I can continue to clean up the code while knowing I don't change anything in the output. But the test should be correctly fixed!

formating and typo correction

walk cost used to check if PT is better than walk now consistent with the cost used in scoring (as for the TransitRouter, the cost computation is hard-coded and only considers the (linear) cost of time in the "base" routing module)

more code cleanup and trying to get test to work
