Inserted a comment to use k-clustering

fixed a display issue where the vehicles were not displayed at the correct position in NetVis when a link's length differed from its euklidean distance (e.g. in the equil-net).

moved euklideanDist from QueueLink to Link.

added static method setConfig(Config) to manually set a custom config instead of only creating the config inside Gbl.

added support for reading in config-files with a custom (local) dtd.
