[Matplotlib-users] Build error with matplotlib-0.54 for windows and numarray

I made an error building matplotlib-0.54 for numarray and windows so the
version currently on source forge won't work with numarray-0.9 or
earlier;  it only works with the head of numarray CVS.  Hopefully a new
version will be up on Source Forge soon.  In the meantime, don't waste
your time trying the numarray version of matplotlib-0.54 on Windows
unless you're already working with numarray CVS.
