Hello: Is anyone working on an Aquaterm backend for Mac OS X? (I did a search for Aquaterm on this list and didn't find anything.) If you haven't heard of Aquaterm, see: http://aquaterm.sourceforge.net/index.shtml?page=a3 It is a standard Gnuplot terminal for Mac OS X. I believe that all the appropriate pieces are in place for a matplotlib backend: Aquaterm communicates via Distributed Objects, which can be accessed, I believe, by the newest revision of PyObjC. I've looked at an example Aquaterm adapter written in C and it looks accessible. Anyone else thinking about this?
